Too Easy Peach Cobbler

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Butter an 8-inch square baking dish.

    Cut crusts from bread and slice them into strips.

  4. 4

    Place fruit in dish and cover with bread strips.

  5. 5

    Mix butter, sugar, and flour; add egg and mix well.

  6. 6

    Pour mixture over fruit and bread.

  7. 7

    Bake 35–45 minutes, until golden brown.
