Pecan Filling
Directions

Let cream cheese and butter soften, blend.

Stir in flour and chill at least 1 hour.

Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thick on floured board.

Cut with 3-inch cutter and place in tiny ungreased muffin tins.

Press dough into bottom and sides of cups.

Beat filling ingredients: until smooth; stir in pecans.

Place 1 teaspoon filling in each cup.

Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes until set.

Remove and cool on paper towels.
