Potato Chip Cookies

Directions

    Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs until creamy.

    Add remaining ingredients: and mix well.

  3. 3

    Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

  4. 4

    Flatten with a fork or spoon dipped in hot water.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350° for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Will make 36 cookies.
