Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

Directions

    Cake: In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and soda.

    In a saucepan, mix together peanut butter, water, and margarine.

  3. 3

    Bring to a rapid boil and pour over the flour mixture.

    Mix together and add the eggs and buttermilk.

  5. 5

    Pour into a greased sheet cake pan or two 9x13 pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20–25 minutes.

    Frosting: Bring margarine, peanut butter, and buttermilk to a rapid boil.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar.

    Frost cake while the frosting is hot.

    Let cool completely before cutting.
