Mini Pecan Pies

Ingredients

  • Pie Crust

  • Filling

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Combine flour and salt.

  3. 3

    Cut in butter until it crumbles.

  4. 4

    Add ice water until dough holds together.

  5. 5

    Chill for 30 minutes.

    Roll dough and cut circles to fit muffin tin cups.

  7. 7

    Press dough into muffin cups.

    Whisk eggs, then add brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla.

    Stir in pecans.

    Fill each crust about 3/4 full.

    Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

    Cool for about 10 minutes before removing.
