Mandarin Orange Cake

Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil according to package directions.

Cut mandarin oranges into pieces and fold into batter.

Add juice from one can.

Pour into two greased and floured 8- or 9-inch pans.

Bake at 325°F for approximately 30–45 minutes or until done.

Mix all icing ingredients: together.

Cool cake completely, then cut layers in half to make four layers.

Ice cake and refrigerate overnight.

Keep refrigerated.
