Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake

  • Icing

Directions

    Mix cake ingredients together and fold in mandarin oranges.

    Bake in three greased and floured round pans or one regular cake pan at 350°F.

    While cake bakes, mix icing ingredients and keep refrigerated.

  4. 4

    Let cake cool completely.

  5. 5

    Spread icing between layers and over cake or on top of single cake.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate to keep cold; cover to keep fresh.
