Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

• Cake

• 1 box yellow cake mix (butter)
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)

• Icing

• 1 can crushed pineapple (15–20 oz)
• 1 large box of instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 large Cool Whip

Directions

   Mix cake ingredients together and fold in mandarin oranges.

   Bake in three greased and floured round pans or one regular cake pan at 350°F.

   While cake bakes, mix icing ingredients and keep refrigerated.

   Let cake cool completely.

   Spread icing between layers and over cake or on top of single cake.

   Refrigerate to keep cold; cover to keep fresh.
