Lemon Pie

    Mix cornstarch and sugar, then add cold water.

    Add beaten egg yolks and hot water, stirring constantly.

    Cook in double boiler until thick.

    Add lemon juice and margarine; cook for a few minutes longer until thick.

  5. 5

    Pour into baked pie shell.

  6. 6

    Cool and then top with meringue.
