Lemon Meringue Ice Box Pie

    Separate eggs.

    In a small bowl, beat egg yolks until creamy.

    Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.

    Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until thickened.

    Pour into graham cracker pie crust.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

  7. 7

    Add sugar and beat until peaks form.

  8. 8

    Add vanilla and beat.

  9. 9

    Spread over pie and bake at 425°F until lightly browned.

  10. 10

    Refrigerate until cool.
