Chocolate Chip Waffles

    Whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.

    Add self-rising flour and mix lightly; lumps are okay.

    Pour batter onto waffle iron.

    Add chocolate chips to each waffle as cooking.

    Cook until golden.

    Batter can be frozen for up to 3 months.
