Brown Sugar & Walnut Refrigerator Cookies

    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.

    Add vanilla and eggs, beating well after each addition.

    Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to sugar mixture.

    Stir in nuts.

    Roll dough into logs about 2 inches in diameter; wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Slice and bake at 350°F for about 10–12 minutes.
