    Spray a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray.

    Tear hot dog buns into small pieces and place them in dish.

    Mix sugar, eggs, heavy cream, melted butter, and vanilla.

    Pour over buns.

    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until brown.

    Immediately pour condensed milk over top after removing it from oven.
