Fudge Royale

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine sugar and cocoa in a saucepan.

    Add milk and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Drop a small amount in cold water until it forms a soft ball.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.

  6. 6

    Do not stir.

  7. 7

    Allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

    Beat until the mixture thickens, then add nuts and stir.
