Potato Soup

Directions

    Combine first 10 ingredients and cook, simmering until potatoes are tender.

    Mix flour with milk and stir until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add to soup and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Boil and stir for 2 minutes until thick.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese cubes.

  6. 6

    Heat just until cheese is melted.
