Directions

    Bring water to a boil and add ground beef.

    Stir until beef is separated.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 2–3 hours until thickened.

  5. 5

    Cool, refrigerate overnight, skim fat, and reheat.
