Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Chili

    Place cubed butter in crockpot and place chicken over butter.

    Add buffalo sauce, broth, onion, tomatoes, corn, beans, and spices.

    Stir to combine, cover, and cook on low 5–6 hours or high 3–4 hours.

    Remove chicken and shred.

  5. 5

    Return shredded chicken to crockpot and add cream cheese.

  6. 6

    Cook an additional 8–10 minutes until cream cheese melts.
