Golden Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

• 8–10 red potatoes
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 2 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• Salt

Directions

   Wash, peel, and cut up potatoes.

   Place in a large bowl and add all ingredients.

   Coat well with seasonings and place on a greased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
