Field/Purple Hull Peas

Ingredients

• 1 (28 oz) package peas
• Water to cover
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1–1 1/2 tablespoons beef bouillon powder

Directions

   Cover peas with water and add olive oil and beef bouillon powder.

   Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat.

   Cook until tender.
