Yellow Squash Puffs

Combine cooked squash and egg; stir well.

Combine dry ingredients and add to squash mixture.

Stir until blended.

Drop by tablespoon into hot deep oil.

Cook until golden brown.

Drain well.

Serve hot.

Makes 2 dozen.
We use these as our cornbread with vegetables.
