Instant Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Potatoes

    Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting.

    When display says HOT, add ground beef.

  3. 3

    Break it up and add 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix.

  4. 4

    Brown for about 5 minutes.

    Turn off sauté setting.

  6. 6

    Pour in broth and scrape bottom of pot.

  7. 7

    Cut potatoes into cubes (leave peels on if desired).

  8. 8

    Add to pot.

    Sprinkle the remaining 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix and chili powder over potatoes.

    Cover pot and secure lid.

    Set valve to sealing.

    Cook on manual/high pressure for 5 minutes.

    Quickly release pressure and remove lid.

    Stir in bacon and cheddar cheese.

    Serve and enjoy.

Can be made in 3-, 6-, or 8-quart Instant Pot. Keep ingredients and time the same.
