Crawfish/Shrimp Fettuccini

    Sauté vegetables in margarine until soft.

    Add flour, parsley, and crawfish or shrimp.

  3. 3

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Add Velveeta cheese, half and half, and garlic.

  5. 5

    Cook for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cook noodles.

    Fold noodles into crawfish or shrimp mixture.

  8. 8

    Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in a 9x13 dish at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
