French Onion Soup Rice with Boneless Chicken or Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Add condensed soups, onion soup mix, cream-of-mushroom soup, beef broth, rice, and pepper to the dish and mix well.

Place washed chicken thighs or pork chops on top and press them into the mixture.

Cover with foil.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender.
