Alabama Chicken (Mayo White Sauce)

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 3 tablespoons salt

Directions

   Mix all ingredients: together to make sauce.

   Preheat oven to 350°F and cook chicken for 1 hour.

   Then put chicken on grill to dry out.

   Dip chicken in sauce before serving.

   If you triple this recipe, it will use one regular size jar of mayo.

   Bake in oven or grill chicken to done before dipping it in this sauce.

   After dipping in sauce put on a very hot grill, as Uncle Charles would say, put grill marks on it.
