Maidrites

Ingredients

• 1 lb. browned beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 2 tsp prepared mustard
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

   Combine all ingredients in skillet over medium heat.

   Cook until mixture is crumbly and well blended.

   Add additional water if needed to keep moist.

   Serve on buns.
