Ranch Ritz Chicken

    Wash and pat dry chicken.

    Place it in a bowl and cover with vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Add 1 pack of ranch seasoning to the oil and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

    Crush Ritz crackers in a bowl and mix with 1/2 pack ranch seasoning.

  5. 5

    Remove chicken from marinade and roll in cracker mixture.

  6. 6

    Place chicken in a baking dish.

  7. 7

    Top with remaining crushed crackers and remaining ranch seasoning.

  8. 8

    Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes.

    Serve with your favorite side dishes.
