
Chicken Spaghetti

Season and boil chicken.

Debone chicken and set aside.

Save the broth.

Boil spaghetti in the chicken broth.

Do not overcook; leave slightly firm.

In a large saucepan, melt butter and simmer celery, onions, and bell pepper until limp.

Pour vegetables over cooked spaghetti.

Add chicken and all remaining ingredients.

Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

Let stand 1–2 hours before serving.
