    In a 3 1/2 to 4 qt slow cooker, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, cream cheese, horseradish, and caraway seeds.

    Cover and cook on low heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Stir and serve immediately or keep warm on low heat for up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Spread over bread or crackers and top with sliced pickles if desired.

    Makes about 20 servings.
