Easy Cousin Enchiladas

    Cook chicken breasts in skillet until done; cut into small bite-sized pieces.

    Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat.

    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Tony’s; add 2 cans of enchilada sauce and cook about 5 minutes.

    Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and Tony’s; add remaining 2 cans of enchilada sauce and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Remove meat from heat and begin wrapping.

    Fill tortillas with meat, add Colby jack and mozzarella cheese, roll and place in 9x13 pans (keep chicken and beef separate).

    Continue until all enchiladas are made.

    Heat chili in saucepan until hot.

    Pour remaining enchilada sauce over wrapped enchiladas.

    Spoon chili over top.

    Top with remaining cheeses.

    Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes.
