Lay steak out flat and place filling ingredients on top.

Pound to tenderize slightly.

Sprinkle entire surface with breadcrumbs and garlic salt; moisten with oil.

Roll up like a jelly roll and tie with string to secure stuffing. (Optional) Secure with toothpicks as well.

Place it in sauce and cook for about 1 hour or until tender.

Remove and allow it to cool slightly, then slice.

Pour hot Italian tomato sauce over before serving.
