Cajun Sausage Spaghetti

In a pot add tomato sauce and paste, garlic powder, salt, and creole seasoning.

Cook over medium high heat until sauce cooks down to a reddish- brown color, about 30 minutes.

Add a little water occasionally if needed to prevent sticking.

In another pan, brown onions, seasoning blend, and sausage in 1 tablespoon oil until onions are light brown (a little more than translucent).

Pour onion mixture into sauce and stir.

Add 2 cups water and let reduce 20–30 minutes until desired thickness.

Season to taste.

Serve over pasta or mix pasta into sauce and let it soak.

When cooking pasta, boil with salt and garlic powder in the water.
