Green Bell Pepper Steak

Combine soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

Add beef; toss and set aside while preparing vegetables.

Heat oil in a large fry pan.

Add beef and cook over high heat until brown.

Taste meat.

If not tender, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes on low heat.

Turn heat up and add vegetables; toss for about 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan.

Stir and cook until thickened.

Serve over rice.
