    Mix rub and apply it to steak.

    Lightly flour the steak.

    Add oil to pan and cook about 1 minute on each side, just enough to give some color.

    In a pot, add onions, carrots, and potatoes.

    For every 2–3 lbs. of meat, add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar for each 1–2 cups of water.

    Place meat on top of vegetables and pressure cook 15 minutes per pound of meat.

    Cooking: 60–90 minutes on high pressure for a 3–4 lb. roast, followed by a 10–15 minutes natural pressure release to ensure tender meat.

    For faster cooking or smaller pieces, 30 minutes per pound is recommended.

    Tougher cuts may require up to 40 minutes per pound.
