Covington Caramel Corn

Directions

    Boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Pour over popped corn and stir to coat evenly.

  4. 4

    Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and break apart as it cools.

  6. 6

    Store in an airtight container.
