    In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt.

    Mix well until the sugar begins to dissolve.

    Stir in the catsup and blend until smooth and fully combined.

    For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
