    Combine fruit and lemon juice in saucepan.

    Stir in pectin and cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Continue cooking until mixture boils.

  4. 4

    Once boiling, add sugar all at once and stir well.

  5. 5

    Bring to a full boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and remove foam.

  7. 7

    Cool slightly to prevent fruit from floating.

  8. 8

    Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal.
