Broccoli Rice Casserole

    Cook broccoli, drain and chop.

    Cook diced onion in oil until translucent.

    Add cream of chicken soup, broccoli, milk, salt and pepper; cook until bubbly.

    Pour mixture over pre-cooked rice and stir well.

  5. 5

    Add to a greased casserole dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.
