Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, Tony’s seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl and mix until combined.

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain most of the grease and add to the egg mixture.

Sauté bell peppers and onions in the same skillet for 2–3 minutes and add to mixture.

Pour into baking dish and bake until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly, about 25–30 minutes (may take up to 50 minutes).
