Sausage Casserole

    Brown sausage in a large skillet.

    Halfway through, add bell pepper, onion, and butter.

    Cook for another 3–5 minutes until browned and vegetables are soft.

    Add seasonings.

    Add milk and cheese on low heat, stirring occasionally until melted.

    Once melted, add rice.

  7. 7

    The mixture should be slightly runny as the rice will continue soaking it up.

    Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
