Mexican Casserole (Tamale Pie)

Ingredients

• 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 can cream corn
• 2 lb. hamburger
• 2 small onions
• 1 jar mild taco sauce
• 1 jar hot taco sauce
• 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

   Prepare cornbread mix with cream corn.

   Brown meat and onions; add sauces and simmer.

   Layer half of cornbread, meat, cheeses, then remaining cornbread.

   Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
