Hominy Casserole

Directions

    Sauté onion and bell pepper in oleo or bacon drippings.

    Add hominy, tomatoes, and soup.

  3. 3

    Season to taste.

    Pour into casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 450°F until cheese is bubbly.
