French Onion Soup Rice with Boneless Chicken or Pork Chops

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    Add condensed soups, onion soup mix, cream -of -mushroom soup, beef broth, rice, and pepper to the dish and mix well.

    Place washed chicken thighs or pork chops on top and press them into the mixture.

  5. 5

    Cover with foil.

    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until rice is tender.
