Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients

• Packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 6 servings)
• 4 oz container whipped cream cheese
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
• 1 Tbsp finely snipped parsley
• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• Paprika

Directions

   Prepare potatoes using package directions, omitting butter.

   Add cream cheese and beat well.

   Stir in egg, green onion, and parsley, and blend well.

   Turn into a well-greased 1-quart baking dish.

   Dot it with butter and sprinkle it with paprika.

   Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
