Easy Yeast Rolls

    Dissolve yeast in water.

    Combine Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and mix well.

    Flour work surface and turn dough out.

  4. 4

    Knead 12–15 times.

  5. 5

    Shape into rolls and place in a greased pan.

  6. 6

    Cover with a damp cloth and let rise 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Brush with melted butter and bake for 12–15 minutes at 400°.

  8. 8

    Brush tops with more butter, if desired.

  9. 9

    Makes 12–15 rolls.
