    Mix the cornmeal, flour, and eggs well.

    Add enough buttermilk to reach your desired consistency, then stir the batter really good.

    Heat a large skillet and a small skillet with a small amount of hot oil.

    Pour the batter into the hot skillet(s).

    Bake in a 400-degree oven until golden brown.
