Cinnamon Rolls

Heat milk, oil, and sugar until warm (about 110°).

Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 1 minute.

Add 7 cups flour and stir until combined.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Mix in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and remaining 1 cup flour.

Stir to combine.

Divide dough in half and roll into a large rectangle.

Spread melted butter, sugars, and cinnamon.

Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1–1 1/2-inch rolls.

Place in buttered pans and let rise 20–30 minutes.

Bake at 375° for 15–18 minutes until light golden.

Mix icing ingredients until smooth and pour over warm rolls.

Tips: Refrigerate after cutting and bake the next morning if desired.
