Broccoli Cornbread

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Set broccoli out to thaw for about 30 minutes before preparing.

    In a large bowl, add butter and chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Microwave about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.

  6. 6

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake 30–45 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
