Aunt Judy Bragg’s Banana Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 350°.

Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and sugar.

Add mashed bananas.

Add eggs (unbeaten), oil, and vanilla.

Stir until mixed.

Fold in nuts.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake at 350°.

Check at 20 minutes and continue baking until done (about 50–60 minutes total).

Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
