Puff Pastry Tomato Tart

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Prepare puff pastry sheets on baking surface.

    Layer tomato slices, basil, bacon, goat cheese, and mozzarella.

    Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

    Brush edges with egg wash.

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

  7. 7

    Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
