    Mix ingredients by hand or mixer, if mixer be careful not to mix too long.

    They will be tough.

    Roll out on floured surface to thickness you want dependent on what you use them for.

    I roll thin and cut (with pizza cutter) long if I put into a soup.

    If I put into a casserole or thick stew, I roll fat and cut short.

  6. 6

    Make sure the liquid you cook in is at a boiling temperature when you drop them in and then drop the temp as to stop them from foaming.

    Cook till tender.
