Sweet Potato Dumplings

    Cut each sweet potato patty in half.

    Open crescent rolls and separate into triangles.

  3. 3

    Place half of a patty on the wide end and roll, covering completely.

  4. 4

    Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

    In a medium pot, heat water, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.

  6. 6

    Cook until sugar is dissolved.

  7. 7

    Pour sugar mixture over dumplings and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° for 40–50 minutes.
